As we are nearing the end of the school year, there are a few reminders and information we’d like to share.
*Please check the lost and found in the hallway outside the MPR. There are jackets, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, water bottles, etc. They will be donated at the end of the year, so please collect what belongs to your children.
*If your plans change during the summer and your child will not be returning to Kensington, please let the school know by emailing Pam in the office.
*Last week we sent home a letter with instructions for Parent access to PowerSchool. Some of you already created an account last fall when we sent this home the first time, but for those of you who have not done it, the information on the letter is needed to create your account. The district is requiring all families to have a PowerSchool account, so every year you can update your information and more importantly sign all required annual forms. The district is no longer printing the handbooks, it is all online and accessible through your powerschool portal. The link to the forms will be available starting July 1, under 2019/20 school year on the left side of the PowerSchool home page. Please take the time during the summer and complete the annual forms.
*First day of school is Monday, August 19, minimum day for students. Class lists will be posted on Aug. 16 at 4pm on the MPR door.
