Mike gave the club's fiscal report.

Motion to approve the minutes from 10/10/07 meeting was seconded and passed.

PTA/KEF

  - Judy Sanders reported that the school year is opening smoothly.

  - Tony Link inquired about the up-coming work party's scope of work
  (bulletin boards, garden boxes, etc.). 
  She agreed to keep and prioritize an on-going list of proposed
  projects.

Jim Thomsen volunteered to resolve BBQ cover issue, and will work on the Bylaws.

John Cain has volunteered to work on school garden issues.
